Xiaomi has announced the Xiaomi 13 Ultra phone, price, and specifications |
Mobile phone sales are not what they used to be, and in this context, premium mobile phones are more important than ever. It is these devices that offer the largest profit margins to manufacturers, but they also represent the brand best and therefore have a marketing function even for users who do not have the money to buy them.
This is how you should understand a launch like the one Xiaomi did today. Possibly the most advanced Android mobile phone to date, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is a real "beast" that absolutely stands out in all aspects, from the display to the cameras to the manufacturing.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is an evolution of the Xiaomi 13 Pro and is therefore based on the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, but this is the only thing they have in common; For practical purposes, it's a different mobile phone and that will also be noticeable in performance, thanks to a unique cooling system that promises to keep the chip cool enough to utilize its full power.
Xiaomi promises temperatures up to 5.9 degrees lower than the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and there will be no drop in performance even when recording in 4K and 60fps. The random access memory (RAM) is 16 GB and the storage capacity is 1 TB.

There is no more important section of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra than the photography section, which promises to be better than that of smartphones such as the Vivo X90 Pro or Oppo Find X6 Pro. Not only because of the collaboration with Leica but also because of the sensors and technologies that Xiaomi decided to include in the camera of this smartphone.
