The Korean company Samsung is preparing to unveil a new rugged tablet in the market called Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro. The tablet was recently spotted on the Google Play Console and Bluetooth SIG database revealing some key specs.

Now, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro has appeared on the GCF certification website as an indication that the global launch date is approaching. The listing confirms that the SM-T636B model number has been certified, which is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro. The listing does not reveal any other details or specifications. The previous Google Play Console listing revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro will come with a screen that offers a resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and display quality of "Full HD".
As for performance, it will come with the Snapdragon 778G chipset that contains an octa-core CPU with four cores clocked at 2.4GHz and the remaining four at 1.8GHz. It will also be powered by Adreno 642L GPU, and the tablet will be available with at least 4GB of RAM.
The device's moniker was also confirmed as "Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro 5G", indicating that it will get SIM card support with the tablet. It can also come in WIFI only variant. Finally, the device will offer Bluetooth 5.2 and run the Android 12L operating system.
